Are taxes incuded in the price?
Yes, taxes are included in the price of the room.
What is time check- in?
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.
What is time check-out?
Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
Can I check out later than 11:00 P.M.?
Yes, there is a fee based on the type of room.
Is deposit need to confirm a reservation?
Yes, a deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits can be made via credit card payment, in person with cash or by bank transfer. Please call us for the bank transfer information.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before the check in date. Cancellation for groups must be made 2 weeks before the check in date. For more information about our cancellation policy, please read our Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. However, there are several restaurants within walking distance including Subway, The Jerk, Bob's Deli, Burger King, KFC and Mark's Place.
Is there air condition in the room?
Yes, there is air condition.
Is Wifi and Cable available?
Yes, both wifi and cable are available. However they are subject to inconsistencies following the passing of Hurricane Irma.
Is there a iron/ iron board in the room?
Yes, please request the iron and iron board at the front desk.
Is roll away beds available?
Yes, we have roll away beds. They are subject to availablity and there is an additional $15 fee per day.
Is there a kitchenette in the room?
Each room has a kitchenette, which includes a fridge. The majority of the rooms have a stove top, but there a select few that have a microwave instead. Please indicate which one you prefer when making your reservation.
How many people can hold in one room?
The Standard and Double room sleeps two people. The Deluxe room sleeps three. The One Bedroom and Family Studio sleeps four. The Suite sleeps four adults and two kids.
